Understanding customer needs and the market accounts for 70% of the top 20 factors separating success and failures of technology products, says a new BC report. This is a critical observation for BC’s technology community – especially start-ups which early on tend to be more focused on technology R&D. A new report, “A Study of BC Based New Product Development” was written by Creekstone Consulting Inc. and supported by BC Innovation Council, BCTIA, ACETECH, and DigiBC.
